I so clearly remember making chocolate crackle treats with my mum when I was younger and absolutely loving them!

Now I look back and think of all the refined sugar, additives, preservatives and other surprises that they would have been riddled with.

This is another Deliciously Ella inspired recipe!

I used puffed brown rice, cacao powder, coconut oil and maple syrup to whip up these and it took all of 10 minutes.

I try to make things that my family will eat and these have been a hit with everyone, even dad keeps going back for more.

They really cure any sugar cravings and are a healthy snack on the go or to have with a cup of tea!
